What lead me to this work is a deep reverence for the resiliency of the human spirit.
Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, recovering from trauma, struggling with depression and anxiety or relationship concerns, my work is committed to fostering resiliency and empowering individuals to find peace and meaning in their lives. My own experience with significant loss has allowed me to guide others through the process in an authentic and genuine way. I am a trained hospice volunteer and certified in traumatic grief through the MISS Foundation’s Compassionate Bereavement Care certification program.
My approach is informed by depth and somatic psychology, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, developmental psychology and internal family systems (IFS). I integrate these modalities to guide clients in getting to the root of their symptoms and transforming challenge into opportunities for growth. I offer a compassionate, genuine, nonjudgemental, trauma-informed space to work with client concerns.
I hold a BA in Integrative Psychology from Western Washington University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I see clients virtually and in-person at my office for therapy in Madison Park in Seattle.
I am here to support you on this journey toward greater self-understanding, compassion and authenticity. I look forward to working together.
